Within our very popular courses in Multimedia Art, Beginner/Returning students ages 7-9 work on multiple projects incorporating a variety of styles, approaches and techniques in Painting, Drawing, printmaking, clay modeling (and more) using media such as acrylic paint, oil pastels, watercolor, ink, charcoal, markers and dry pastels. Topics including composition, perspective and volume are addressed at appropriate developmental levels. Small class sizes ensure personal attention from the Art Teacher and focus on supporting individual skill and knowledge building. Each session throughout the academic year has a different theme, so students will have fresh experiences and build upon their skills each time they enroll. Student Artworks will be selected and on display for Studio Exhibitions throughout the academic year.
