Sewing is another great way to be creative, and a useful skill as well!
Join our sewing program for children and learn an ancient art with a modern twist. We offer to learn a basic machine and hand sewing techniques to children 10 years old and older, and don’t leave unattended younger experienced creators.
In this short course, you will learn the following:
- Threading the machine
- Purposes of different types of stitches (hand and machine made)
- Types of fabrics and how to handle each
Choose a project (you will be offered several to choose from), sew the fabrics together and proudly enjoy the result!
All materials and tools will be provided
