Parties for Adults

Adults can enjoy a laid-back, hands-on creative 2-hour session with one of the following projects:

Each project can be customized to fit your group’s style, occasion, and time frame.

Event Details:

  • Event Duration: 2 hours
  • Available Days and Times:
    • Friday evenings: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    • Saturdays: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM (based on space and instructor availability)

Pricing:

  • Starting at $390 for up to 6 participants (guest of honor + 5 guests)
  • Includes table setup: disposable tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery
  • You may bring your own food and drinks of your choice to enjoy during the event
  • Add up to 4 more guests (maximum of 10 participants): starting $55 per additional guest (based on selected project)
  • Pricing varies depending on your selected project and group size
  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your date
  • Each project can be customized to fit your group’s style, occasion, and time frame.

Parties for Children

Celebrate your child’s special day with a fun and magical art experience. We’ll help tailor the theme to delight your guest of honor (ages 6 and up)!

One adult is required to be present during all children’s events.

  • Art Activity Time: 1.5 hours in our dedicated art classroom
  • Optional Add-On: +30 minutes in our Kitchen/Lounge area for refreshments — great for cake and gifts!
  • Available Days and Times:
    • Friday evenings: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    • Saturdays: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM (based on space and instructor availability)

Pricing:

  • Starting at $360 for up to 6 participants (guest of honor + 5 guests)
  • Add 30 minutes of celebration time for $70
  • Includes table setup: disposable tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery
  • You may bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during the event
  • Add up to 4 more guests (maximum of 10 participants): $55 – $60 per additional guest (based on age and selected activity)
  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your date

Gratuities

Our instructors work hard to make every celebration creative, fun, and memorable. While gratuities are never expected, they are always appreciated as a wonderful way to recognize exceptional service. If you feel your instructor made your party extra special, you’re welcome to leave a tip at the end of the event. Thank you for supporting our team!

Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver & Media Release

Art Center LLC d/b/a Monroe Street Studio

Thank you for registering with Monroe Street Studio. We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and creative environment for all participants.

By selecting “I’ve read and agree to the Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver & Media Release” during registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in classes, workshops, camps, private events, and other activities offered by Art Center LLC d/b/a Monroe Street Studio (“Monroe Street Studio”) may involve the use of equipment, tools, and materials that present inherent risks of injury or property damage. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Stained glass (glass, lead came, soldering equipment, flux, patinas, chemicals, grinders, glass cutters, and other specialized tools)
  • Sewing (needles, scissors, sewing machines, irons)
  • Painting, drawing, pottery, mosaics, resin art
  • Other art and fine craft materials, tools, and equipment

You acknowledge that you, or the participant you are registering, are able to safely participate in these activities and voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Safety

Participants agree to follow all instructor directions, safety procedures, and studio policies. Monroe Street Studio reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or interferes with the learning experience of others.

Emergency Medical Care

In the event of an accident, illness, or injury, you authorize Monroe Street Studio and its instructors, employees, and representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary. The participant or parent/legal guardian is responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Photography & Media Release

Monroe Street Studio regularly photographs and records classes, workshops, camps, parties, and events, including group photographs, for use on its website, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials. By registering, you grant Monroe Street Studio permission to use photographs and videos in which you or the participant may appear. No identifying personal information, such as a participant’s full name, will be published without additional permission.

If you have a special circumstance regarding photography, please contact the studio before registering.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, hold harmless, and indemnify Monroe Street Studio, its owners, members, managers, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in studio activities, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable law does not permit such a waiver.

Studio Policies

You agree to comply with all Monroe Street Studio policies, including those posted at the studio or published on the Monroe Street Studio website.

Continuing Agreement

This agreement applies to the current registration and to future participation in activities offered by Monroe Street Studio, unless revoked in writing.
